Charger V.E. BLUE SMART IP65 12/15 + DC CONNECTOR
The Blue Smart IP65 charger is a professional battery charger that has built-in Bluetooth.
Most chargers with reverse polarity protection do not recognize and therefore will not recharge a battery that has been discharged to zero or near zero volts.
However, the Blue Smart Charger will attempt to recharge a fully discharged battery at low current and resume normal charging once sufficient voltage is developed across the battery terminals.
